I'm a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I've trained people from all walks of life, from those looking to lose weight, improve posture, or train around injuries, to boxers, marathon/half marathon runners ,and triathletes. I also teach group classes and run boot camps in the local area.
Hi there and thanks for stopping by. I’m Sean a personal trainer with over 20years+ experience in training clients (I’ve been exercising myself for 35+ years ) and I’d like to show you a new way of keeping fit, so you can reach your optimum health levels and stay that way.
